It’s the end of the quarter and everyone is doing what they can to make sure that they have everything they need to pass their classes. They are doing things like staying after to finish test and turning in all missing assignments. For some people the end of the quarter is a good thing and they are happy about it and for others they are running around like mad men and women trying to make sure everything is finished and turned in for the quarter. Although some are happy and feel confident about their grades, others aren’t to excited to go and pick up their report cards and take them home.
Are you excited about the quarter ending? “Yes!,” said Carley Goff ( ’18). “I got all A’s, so I think I did great!” Goff says she plans on “studying harder” for the next quarter.
Lauryn Flemimgs (’17) said,“ No I feel stressed and pressured about my grades when it comes to the end of the quarter. I feel like I did a good job and was able to turn in my make-up work.” She plans on doing all of her work on time as well as turning it in on time.
Docqwahna Green (’17) said that she is excited that the quarter is ending. Green feels as though she did good in most of her classes this quarter. For next quarter, Green stated that she wouldn’t do anything differently, but would just keep staying focused.
The end of the quarter is a good thing for some people, but for others it can be very stressful! Good luck with second quarter, Eagles!
